Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask us to delete your Kewy account and all data associated with it at any time, including data we received from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and your Meta ad account.
Request deletion by email
Email privacy@kewy.ai with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address registered on your Kewy account, and include your business name. We confirm your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Remove Kewy from your Facebook account
You can also revoke Kewy’s access directly from Facebook at any time:
- Go to your Facebook account’s Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and websites (or, for business assets, Business Integrations).
- Find Kewy and select Remove.
Removing the app stops Kewy from receiving new data. To delete the data we already hold, send the deletion request above.
What we delete
- Your account and team member profiles
- Business data you entered: clients, appointments, sales, inventory and staff records
- Data from connected Meta assets: WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram conversations, contacts, templates, and ad account data
- Stored access tokens for your connected accounts
