Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Kewy) and JOTEL LLC, Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, UAE (registration no. 2221473.01), which operates Kewy (“Kewy”, “we”). By creating an account or using Kewy Service, Kewy Marketing or Kewy Clinic, you agree to them.

1. The service

Kewy provides cloud software for businesses: point of sale, appointments and staff management, customer messaging, marketing campaigns, social media and ads management, and clinic management. Features may change as we improve the service.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your login details secure, and are responsible for what happens under your account, including the actions of team members you invite. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.

3. Trials, plans and payment

Free trials last for the period shown at signup. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider and renew until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

4. Connected platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram)

When you connect WhatsApp Business, Facebook Pages, Instagram or a Meta ad account, you authorize Kewy to access and act on those assets on your behalf, only to provide the service. You remain bound by Meta’s terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Advertising Standards. You can disconnect at any time.

5. Acceptable use

  • Send WhatsApp messages only to customers who have opted in to receive them, and use approved message templates where required.
  • Do not send spam, or unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
  • Do not try to access other customers’ data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.
  • Comply with applicable law, including data protection law.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Your data

You own the data you put into Kewy and the data from your connected accounts. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time — see Data Deletion.

7. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel at any time. We may end or suspend the service if you materially breach these terms. After termination we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Kewy is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for outages of third-party platforms such as Meta. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Sharjah Media City Free Zone.
